Charlie Winch is an Associate Counsel at Watson Goepel, working from our West Vancouver office location. Charlie’s practice focuses on general corporate and commercial matters including mergers and acquisitions, sale of businesses, and the restructuring of businesses, as well as shareholder relations and commercial leasing. Charlie also has an active wills, trusts, and estates practice.
With an in-depth knowledge of the unique legal and tax challenges facing individuals and corporations, Charlie works closely with clients to formulate and implement often complex tax-driven wealth preservation strategies including business development and succession and estate plans.
When not working, Charlie enjoys time with family and friends both at his home in North Vancouver, and at the family log cabin in the Cariboo. He is an avid skier, hiker, and world traveler.
