We accept e-transfer, cheque and credit cards for retainer and invoice payments. Please read the information below carefully and select the option that applies to you.
Instructions for sending Interac eTransfers:
- Log in to your online banking platform through your computer or mobile phone app.
- Add [email protected] to your list of recipients.
- Set your Security Question to: “Firm’s first name” and your Security Answer to “Watson” (case sensitive).
- Note your file number in the “Comments” or “Message” section of the eTransfer form.
- Once you’ve completed your e-transfer payment through your banking platform, you MUST complete the form below as we require these details, including your e-transfer security question password, to process your payment.
You will need your retainer/invoice number and matter number as highlighted in the sample below.
