Liv has lived abroad for many years, including in the UK and USA where he earned his qualifications and gained valuable work experience before returning to build and grow his practice in Canada.
Before living abroad, Liv was active in both federal and provincial politics in Canada for more than 20 years. During this time, he held several leadership positions in various election campaigns. Naturally gravitating towards public service, Liv worked as a communication strategist intern in the Office of the Prime Minister of Canada, Rt. Hon. Stephen Harper, P.C., C.C.
