Kelley is an Associate in the Workplace Law Group. She assists employers with all aspects of Workplace Law and individuals with disability and life insurance claims. She has appeared before the Supreme Court of British Columbia.
Kelley completed her law degree from the University of British Columbia’s Peter A. Allard School of Law. As a law student, she volunteered with the Law Students’ Legal Advice Program, providing free legal advice to members of the community on a range of issues, including employment and human rights matters. Prior to law school, Kelley worked in various roles in the health care sector and as a disability case manager at a national insurance company, which gives her a unique perspective in assisting individuals with their disability claims.
In addition to English, Kelley is also fluent in Korean.
In her free time, you can find Kelley hiking or enjoying a round of golf.
