Alina joined Watson Goepel as an Associate in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group after successfully completing her articles at the firm. She enjoys working in a wide range of legal areas including insurance, property and contractual disputes, debt recovery, estate litigation and professional negligence. She has appeared before the Provincial Court of British Columbia and the Supreme Court of British Columbia.
Alina grew up in Ontario and completed her J.D. at Western University in 2024. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Genetics, as well as a minor in Classical Studies also from Western University. Throughout her time at school, she worked as a legal research assistant, a tree planter, and a tutor. She spent a semester abroad in the Netherlands, earning a Global and Intercultural Engagement Honour with her J.D. She brings a unique perspective to all of her work and is committed to achieving the best results for her clients.
In her spare time Alina enjoys hiking, camping, reading, and solo traveling. She is an avid lover of the outdoors and is always looking to experience new things and expand her world view.
