Earlier today the provincial government released its list of essential services which includes lawyers and paralegals. As the government noted: “Essential services are those daily services essential to preserving life, health, public safety, and basic societal functioning. They are the services British Columbians rely on in their daily lives”.

As an essential service, our firm remains fully available to our clients in these challenging times. We have worked hard over the last week to transition most of our team to work from home while maintaining a skeleton crew in the office to ensure uninterrupted service. We believe this model is the best way to protect the health of our employees, clients, and the general public. We look forward to meeting with you via video conference and continuing to utilize trusted technologies in our operations.

We know it’s not “business as usual” for many of our clients, but we would like to assure you that we remain fully available as your trusted legal counsel.

We have launched a COVID-19 Resource page on our website, and have created a dedicated email address [email protected] so we can respond more quickly to your related questions. Please do not hesitate to reach out.

Our team of dedicated professionals are working tirelessly to remain apprised of all regulatory changes as they develop and are ready to answer your pressing questions and provide the guidance you need to move forward with confidence.
