Originally from the west of Ireland, Sinead earned her Bachelor of Civil Law from the National University of Ireland, Galway, before relocating to Canada. She joined Watson Goepel LLP in February 2026.
Sinead brings comprehensive experience in corporate governance and transactional support. Her work includes managing share transfers, corporate reorganizations, amalgamations, continuances, incorporations, and extra‑provincial registrations. She is also well‑versed in the maintenance and compliance requirements for both federal and provincial corporations. Known for her efficiency, attention to detail, and client‑focused approach, Sinead contributes to smooth, timely, and accurately executed corporate filings and transactions.
Outside of her professional practice, Sinead is an avid adventurer. She enjoys hiking, skiing, and travelling, and is always seeking opportunities to explore new cultures and landscapes.
