Steve is a Partner in our Personal Injury Group. He has focused on personal injury and insurance claims, acting both for and against insurance companies, including cover breach claims related to alleged drug, alcohol, and principal operator denials, for over 30 years. Steve has appeared as counsel in B.C. Provincial Court, BC Supreme Court, and BC Court of Appeal, as well as in the Alberta Court of Queens Bench.
When not in the office, Steve enjoys international travel and pursuing his passion as a documentary filmmaker on justice reform projects. Steve is also a certified yoga teacher, and has presented at the CLE Course “Professional Wellness for Lawyers and Law Firms.”
