Services
Tunç (he/him/his) is an Associate in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution Group. He acts as counsel in complex commercial disputes. He has experience assisting clients in a range of industries, including energy, banking, logistics, and mining. Tunç has also acted counsel in domestic arbitration proceedings and proceedings before administrative tribunals such as those under the provincial mining legislation and Consumer Protection BC.
Before joining the Firm, Tunç summered, articled, and was an associate at a national law firm. He was a judicial law clerk for five justices of the BC Supreme Court in 2021–2022.
Tunç is the co-president of BC Lawyers’ Chapter of Runnymede Society. Runnymede Society is a Canadian non-partisan organization dedicated to debating legal ideas that engage the principles of constitutionalism, liberty, and the rule of law.
In his free time, Tunç stays active by running, swimming, and hiking.
Tunç is bilingual in English and Turkish.
