Tammey George

As Chief Operating Officer, Tammey oversees the development and execution of the firm’s business strategy and is responsible for ensuring operational excellence and providing leadership. She brings over 25 years of business experience to her role.

Working in collaboration with the Watson Goepel leadership team, Tammey helps define the firm’s vision and values, with a focus on implementing innovative business development strategies, delivering outstanding client service, improving internal efficiencies, and creating an enjoyable workplace.

Prior to joining Watson Goepel in 2019, Tammey was the Director of Business Development and Marketing for a large regional law firm for three years, and Executive Vice President at an Investor Relations firm for ten years. She also ran her own marketing and communications firm for 15 years.

Tammey is passionate about giving back to her community. In 2015, she helped launch the Gala of Grace, an annual fundraising event that supports the North Shore Crisis Services Society. Proceeds from the event help support women and children fleeing abuse.

On weekends she can be found hiking the North Shore trails with her husband, dog, and four kids, or relaxing on her patio with girlfriends and a gin and tonic.
