Liv Grewal

Liv Grewal* joined our Business Group at Watson Goepel in January 2023. He has lived abroad for many years, including in the UK and USA where he earned his qualifications and gained valuable work experience before returning to build and grow his practice in Canada.

Before living abroad, Liv was active in both federal and provincial politics in Canada for more than 20 years. During this time, he held several leadership positions in various election campaigns. Naturally gravitating towards public service, Liv worked as a communication strategist intern in the Office of the Prime Minister of Canada, Rt. Hon. Stephen Harper, P.C., C.C.

Liv practiced as a corporate attorney and in-house counsel at a large private investment firm in New York City that provides capital and resources for businesses in various industries, including insurance, asset management, technology, sports, media, real estate, and the consumer sector.

Outside of his legal career, Liv was the Founder and Managing Director of his consulting firm, which focused on providing solutions through behavioral science.

In his free time, Liv enjoys traveling, listening to jazz, watching classic cinema, and reading about history.
