Human Rights Law
Canada has legislation which protects against discrimination on the basis of race, colour, place of origin, gender, gender identity or expression, political affiliation, sexual orientation, age, religion, marital or family status, and union membership. Legislation is also in place to protect employees from bullying and harassment in the workplace.
