Profile

As the Human Resources Manager, Sara is responsible for all aspects of talent management including recruitment, onboarding and integration protocols, employee relations, training and development, performance management, salary and benefit administration, and recognition programs, all with a focus on creating and maintaining a positive and rewarding workplace culture. Prior to joining Watson Goepel in 2019, Sara worked at a large international law firm.

When she’s not at work Sara loves travelling to Mexico and keeping busy with her husband and young daughters.
