Michelle is a Paralegal in our Litigation & Dispute Resolution group. Michelle’s experience includes construction and commercial litigation as well as arbitration matters and foreclosure proceedings.
In addition to daily file management, Michelle assists the Firm’s lawyers with document production, drafting pleadings and other court documents, and preparing for hearings and trials. Michelle’s knowledge includes the British Columbia Supreme Court civil rules as well as the Small Claims Rules, Federal Rules, and Arbitration Rules.
Please note that Michelle is currently on maternity leave until spring 2025.
