On January 22, 2013, Mr. Boscariol, President of the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Canada – West, was honoured to speak about the extensive collaboration and investment opportunities that will arise as the result of concluding the Comprehensive and Economic Trade Agreement (CETA) between Canada and the EU. Mr. Boscariol’s remarks stressed that:

CETA breaks new ground in trade agreements and its implementation will heighten Canada’s competitive position in the world, create jobs and will bring about a more energetic conomy in all sectors across the country.

The Italian Chamber of Commerce in Canada – West is organizing an 18-month long programme of 27 events to be held across Canada and Europe with the goal of pomoting business opportunities for small to medium sized enterprises and creating a platform for cooperation in anticipation of finalizing the Comprehensive and Economic Trade Agreement (CETA).
