Organization & Position Summary
We are currently seeking a Real Estate Conveyancer to join our Business Law Group team in our Downtown office. This role involves working on residential and commercial real estate transactions from start to finish. Duties & Responsibilities of Position
- Managing and completing conveyance files from opening to closing
- Performing Land Title searches
- Completing mortgage payouts
- Preparing statement of adjustments
- Preparing reconciliations
- Liaising with clients, solicitors, conveyancers, mortgage brokers, and real estate agents

Required and Ideal Qualifications
- 2+ years of residential conveyance experience and commercial real estate experience
- Ability to organize and prioritize high-volume workloads while meeting deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Experience in a law firm is an asset
- Interest in corporate law is an asset

- Job Type: Full-time – 8-hour shifts, Monday-Friday
