Organization & Position Summary
We are currently seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant to join our Personal Injury team in our Calgary office. Duties & Responsibilities of Position
- Ordering medical reports
- Ordering wage loss reports
- Contacting clients, ICBC, opposing lawyers, and other assistants regarding files
- Preparing client binders and file material
- Opening mail and preparing outgoing mail and faxes
- Filing and other administrative support tasks
- Coordinating and maintaining calendars of our Personal Injury lawyers

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Required and Ideal Qualifications
- Completion of a Legal Administrative Assistant program
- Minimum 1 year experience in Plaintiff Personal Injury department
- Proficient in MS Office
- Experience with Elite is an asset
- Experience with BC Online and LTSA is an asset
Job Details
- Job Type: Full-time – 8-hour shifts, Monday-Friday.
- Potential for Hybrid Work if based in Calgary, Alberta.
- Additional Pay: Overtime Pay (if required)

Salary:
The salary range for this position is $55,000 – $65,000 annually; the base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal and market equity.
