We have an immediate opening in our Vancouver office for an experienced, full-time, associate who is interested in joining a firm that can provide the infrastructure and legal support you need to service your existing clients, while offering marketing and business development expertise to help you expand your business.
Job Description
You will work alongside our senior lawyers and have a well-developed understanding of residential conveyancing, commercial transactions (acquisitions and divestments) development and construction, financing, leasing, licensing and regulatory compliance, environmental issues, and strata property issues.
You maintain a client-focused mindset, have superior analytical skills with an eye for detail and accuracy, and can solve complex problems using your knowledge of the law. You are likeable, hardworking, have an entrepreneurial mindset and are willing to work as part of a team. You are ambitious and are looking to work with a firm that values your contributions and has a pathway to partnership. You are a member in good standing with the Law Society of BC.
