Associate – Commercial Solicitor

Job Description

We have an immediate opening in our Vancouver office for a motivated, intelligent, full-time corporate commercial associate who strives for excellence. We are interested in an individual who is interested in joining a firm which can provide the infrastructure and legal support to service the firm’s clients as well as the individual’s existing clients and to offer mentoring and skill development, marketing and business development expertise to help grow the individual’s legal expertise and practice.

You will work alongside our senior lawyers and have an understanding and experience with corporate commercial transactions, corporate reorganizations, commercial leasing, real estate matters, banking and finance.

You maintain a client-focused mindset, have superior analytical skills with an eye for detail and accuracy, and can solve complex problems using your knowledge of the law. You are likeable, hardworking, have an entrepreneurial mindset and are willing to work as part of a team. You are ambitious and are looking to work with a firm that values your contributions and has a pathway to partnership. You are a member in good standing with the Law Society of BC.

Salary

$125,000+ based on years of experience, plus annual bonus.
