Profile

Tim is a LegalShield Associate at Watson Goepel LLP. He assists clients with a wide variety of legal issues in a diverse group of practice areas. He has taught as an adjunct professor of law at the University of Victoria and has handled cases in the BC Provincial and Supreme Courts, the BC and Federal Courts of Appeal, the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada, the Employment Insurance Appeal Tribunal of Canada, and the BC Human Rights Tribunal.

Tim’s passions include singing in a gospel choir, the cello, cycle touring, amateur radio, and amateur astronomy. He is the author of five books, including an internationally recognized textbook on legal writing.
